Recently, they have published a very informative and eye-opening infographic on their website about Home Values in Central Valley. According to that infographic homes for sale Fresno, Homes for sale Clovis and Homes for Sale Visalia area get investment because home prices in all these locations Fresno, Clovis and Visalia are expected to increase this year as they increased in 2015. To be exact according to this infographic the prices increased in Fresno by 6.1% in 2015 and are expected to increase further by 3.5% in 2016 which means that the previous year’s $186,400 median home value is expected to see a whopping 3.5% increase this year.

Similarly, home prices in Clovis rose by 4.9% in 2015 and are expected to increase further by 3.2% in 2016 this means that the median home price which was $283,200 last year is expected to be increased by the amazing percentage of 3.2% this year. Likewise, the prices of homes in Visalia also increased last year by 7.8% and this year they are expected to rise by 5.4% which means that the previous year’s $194,800 median home value is expected to see an incredible 5.5% increase in 2016.
This infographic also shows that home sales are also increasing by an average of 16% per year. What is more, monthly home sale rates increased by an incredible 2.5% in 2015 which was the highest increase rate after seven years.
