EnviroFry Warns Toxic Mold Frequently Infests Mobile & Manufactured Homes in Arizona, Nevada, & Calif

Certified Environmental Hygienists Phillip Fry and Lee Maglanoc recommend mold inspection and testing for mobile and manufactured homes in Phoenix, Mesa, Tucson, Palm Springs, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and elsewhere in Arizona, California, and Nevada.

EnviroFry_0.jpg
Montrose, MI, September 30, 2014 -- “The defects built into mobile and manufactured homes and their installation over a crawl space are the two major reasons why toxic mold growth is frequently found inside and beneath such homes in Arizona, Nevada, and California,” warn Phillip Fry and Lee Maglanoc, Certified Environmental Hygienists, who frequently inspect and do mold removal for mobile and manufactured homes in the western U.S.A.

“Placing a mobile or manufactured home over a crawl space invites water intrusion and mold growth because of these problems: (1) water wicks upward from out of the ground to cause high crawl space humidity; (2) rain water runs into the crawl space; and (3) inferior quality and careless installation of plumbing water supply and sewer line beneath the home cause significant water leaks into the crawl space,” point out Fry and Maglanoc, who are also Professional Industrial Hygienists, Certified Mold Inspectors, and Certified Mould Remediators.

“One major building defect of mobile and manufactured homes is a substandard roof made of steel or tin that rusts out and leaks, or, alternatively, made from low quality shingles that are stapled (rather than nailed) onto low-quality roof decking and underlayment moisture barrier,” add the mold experts.

Other mold-related building defects include: (1) walls that cannot be opened for mold inspection and removal without replacing the entire walls; (2) use of low-quality plumbing water supply and sewer lines that degrade and leak over time; (3) inadequate wall, ceiling, and roof insulation; (4) use of roof top swamp coolers that often leak and that always increase the indoor, mold-causing humidity; and (5) window and wall air conditioners and central heating/cooling systems that function as productive mold factories. For more air conditioning mold information, visit www.airconditionermold.com.

West coast EnviroFry manager Maglanoc takes these steps in inspecting and testing mobile and manufactured homes:

1. Carefully physically inspect the entire home and its crawl space and heating/cooling air supply ducts for water and mold problems;
2. Do mold air tests, with mold lab analysis for mold species identification and quantification, of the crawl space air, living room air, bedroom air, and the air flow out of at least one heating/cooling duct register.

Mr. Maglanoc has over 20 years experience in environmental inspection and remediation.
To schedule mold inspection and testing for a mobile or manufactured home in Phoenix, Mesa, Tucson, Arizona state-wide, Palm Springs, Los Angeles, California state-wide, and Las Vegas, Nevada, email Mr. Maglanoc azmoldinspector@yahoo.com, or phone 602-757-1918, or visit websites www.mesamoldinspection.com, www.tusconmoldinspector.com, www.palmspringmoldinspection.com, or www.lasvegasmoldinspector.com.

EnviroFry Announces 65 Ft. Long Cable Video Camera To Inspect Inside HVAC Ducts and Buildings

EnviroFry has introduced its long fiber optics cable video camera for the mold and bacterial inspection of heating and air conditioning ducts in homes and workplaces in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania and other areas in Midwestern, Eastern and Southern USA.

EnviroFry_0.jpg
Montrose, MI, September 29, 2014 -- “EnviroFry has begun its use of a special 65 feet long fiber optics inspection cable with color video camera, video TV display monitor, and video recording for toxic mold and bacterial inspection inside clients’ home and workplace heating/cooling air ducts, walls, ceilings, floors, attics, and crawl spaces,” announces Phillip Fry, EnviroFry co-manager, Certified Environmental Hygienist, and webmaster since 1999 of the mold information website www.moldinspector.com, as well as www.buildingmoldinspection.com.

EnviroFry will use its new inspection video camera to check out and evaluate mold and bacterial problems in residences, commercial buildings, and public buildings located in metro Detroit, Grand Rapids, Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Louisville, Nashville, Atlanta, Charlotte, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., New York City, and most other areas in Midwestern, Eastern, and Southern USA.

Mold and bacterial infestations are common inside the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and ducts. The two best ways to inspect a HVAC system are to: (1) inspect all supply and return air ducts with the 65 foot long fiber optics cable with video camera; and (2) collect a sample of the outward air flow from a HVAC air supply duct for mold lab analysis to identify and quantify mould growing inside the HVAC system.

For in depth information on air conditioner and central air conditioning system mold growth problems, visit www.airconditioner.com.

Exposure to elevated levels of indoor toxic mold can cause over 100 major illnesses. Read all about mold health problems at www.moldinspector.com and in Phillip Fry’s ebook Mold Health Guide, available at www.moldmart.net.

To schedule fiber optics video camera inspection or other mold inspection and testing services for a residence or workplace, email Phillip Fry phil@moldinspector.com, or phone Phillip toll-free 866-300-1616, 810-639-0523, or cell phone 480-310-7970, or visit the website www.moldexpertconsultants.com.

Mold Expert Offers Ozone Gas Decontamination of Indiana Homes & Buildings To Kill Germs & Mold

Certified Environmental Hygienist Phillip Fry recommends that Indiana residences, offices, and workplaces be germ and mold decontaminated at least once per year with high output ozone gas.

EnviroFry_0.jpg
Montrose, MI, September 28, 2014 -- To kill disease-causing bacteria, viruses, and toxic mold growth that frequently infest over half of the homes, offices, stores, and workplaces in Indiana, Certified Environmental Hygienist Phillip Fry recommends that buildings in the Hoosier State be treated at least annually with eight hours of high output ozone gas throughout the building, including inside heating/cooling air ducts, attic, basement, and crawl space.

High output ozone gas is an effective antimicrobial oxidizer that can be safely applied as a disinfectant, sanitizer, and decontaminating agent in both residences and commercial buildings, according to Mr. Fry, who is also a Professional Industrial Hygienist, co-manager of EnviroFry, and webmaster the websites www.indianamoldinspection.com, www.workplacemold.com, and www.airconditionermold.com.

Ozone, which has been validated by scientists since 1906 for a multitude of pathogens in an array of applications, kills all known human pathogens, such as Ebola, H7N9 avian flu, SARS, and almost all other disease-causing viruses, bacteria, and fungal species such as the health-destroying Stachybotrys, Aspergillus, Penicillium, and Chaetomium toxic mold species.

Ozone is safe to use provided that are no workers or residents, pets, or live plants inside the building during the actual ozone treatment process, and for one to two hours afterwards.
Studies have proven that ozone is more efficient and has a higher oxidation kill potential than most traditional disinfectant/sanitizers (e.g. chlorine, hydrogen peroxide, peroxyacetic acid and chlorine dioxide), and its use eliminates the need to alternate different sanitizers because germs and viruses cannot build a tolerance to ozone. Ozone is non-corrosive to the surfaces of buildings and furnishings, and leaves no residue (treated surfaces never need a final fresh water rinse).

In depth information on the use of ozone for home and building decontamination is provided at www.ozonegeneratorkillsmold.com.

EnviroFry provides ozone home and building decontamination, plus mold inspection, mold testing, and mold remediation services in Anderson, Bloomington, Carmel, Columbus, Crown Point, Elkhart, Evansville, Ft. Wayne, Gary, Goshen, Greenwood, Hammond, Indianapolis, Jeffersonville, Kokomo, Lafayette, Lawrence, Mishawaka, Muncie, New Albany, Noblesville, Portage, Richmond, South Bend, Terre Haute, Valparaiso, and elsewhere in Indiana.

Elevated levels of indoor germs and mold have been linked to over 100 major health problems, including lung cancer, breathing problems, chronic coughing and sneezing, chronic sinusitis, chronic headaches and memory problems, chronic tiredness, skin rashes, and many other serious medical problems that are listed on the home page of the mold information website www.moldinspector.com.

EnviroFry Recommends Ozone Decontamination of Arizona Homes & Workplaces To Kill Bacteria & Mold

Certified Environmental Hygienist Phillip Fry recommends that Phoenix, Tucson, and other Arizona houses and workplaces be bacteria, virus, and mold decontaminated at least every six to twelve months with high output ozone gas.

EnviroFry_0.jpg
Montrose, MI, September 27, 2014 -- To neutralize health-damaging bacteria, viruses, and toxic mold growth that are present in over half of the residences and commercial buildings in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, and Arizona-wide, Certified Environmental Hygienist Phillip Fry recommends that homes and workplaces be treated at least every six to twelve months with eight hours of high output ozone gas throughout the structure, including inside heating and cooling equipment and air ducts, attic, basement, and crawl space.

High output ozone gas is an effective antimicrobial oxidizer that can be safely fogged as a disinfectant, sanitizer, and decontaminating agent in both homes and workplaces, according to Mr. Fry, who is also a Professional Industrial Hygienist, co-manager of EnviroFry, and webmaster since 1999 of the mold information website www.moldinspector.com, plus www.workplacemold.com.

EnviroFry Recommends Getting Second Opinion or Bid for Toxic Mold Inspection, Testing, & Removal

Certified Environmental Hygienist Phillip Fry of EnviroFry advises that mold victims get a second opinion or second bid before hiring a company for toxic mould inspection, testing, and remediation.

EnviroFry_0.jpg
Montrose, MI, September 26, 2014 -- “Get a second opinion or bid from an EnviroFry Certified Environmental Hygienist before hiring mold inspection, testing, and remediation services to make sure that the job gets done right and at the right price,” advocates Phillip Fry, mold expert and webmaster since 1999 of the mold information website www.moldinspector.com.

“Often mold service companies do incomplete, superficial, and unprofessional inspection and testing that fails to find toxic mold infestations hidden inside walls, ceilings, floors, attics, basements, crawl spaces, and heating/cooling equipment and ducts,” warns Mr. Fry, who is a Certified Environmental Hygienist, Professional Industrial Hygienist, and author of five mold advice ebooks.

“In addition, many mold companies remediation jobs fail to get rid of mold growth completely and safely. Before hiring a mold company to do remediation, compare its proposed mold remediation plan with the ten steps necessary for effective mold removal, as posted at www.moldinspector.com/mold_removal.htm,” advises Mr. Fry, whose national EnviroFry firm does mould inspection, testing, and removal in most areas of the U.S.

“One of the most important facts to learn is what fungicide the company plans to use to kill mold. Many mold companies still continue use ineffective bleach instead of a proven E.P.A.-registered fungicide because bleach is low in cost and available at a local grocery store. Read why bleach does not kill mold at www.bleach-mold-myth.com,” suggests Mr. Fry.

“Another warning sign is when the mold company’s bid includes a secret ‘proprietary’ fungicide. Insist on knowing in advance what products are going to be used and on receiving and reviewing the material safety data sheet (MSDS) for the proposed product,” adds Mr. Fry.

“Ask for many client references, and then call the references to learn what they have to say about the actual services provided by mold company,” further suggests Mr. Fry. Also, visit www.bbb.org to find out whether the firm is BBB-accredited and whether the firm has a good or bad BBB record in handling customer complaints.

For the highest quality mold inspection, testing, and remediation, hire only a company staffed with Certified Environmental Hygienists, Professional Industrial Hygienists, or Certified Industrial Hygienists. Just being a “certified mold inspector” or “certified mold remediator” is not very re-assuring to a prospective client in view of the brief (two to three days) training received by many “certified” mold inspectors and mold remediators.

To get a second opinion or bid for a mold problem anywhere in Arizona, California, or Nevada, contact Lee Maglanoc, Certified Environmental Hygienist, by emailing azmoldinspector@yahoo.com, or phoning 602-757-1918, or visiting
www.arizonamoldinspection.net, www.sandiegomoldinspection.net, or www.southerncaliforniamoldinspectiontesting.com.

For a second opinion or bid in most areas in Midwestern, Eastern, and Southern USA, contact Phillip Fry by emailing phil@moldinspector.com, or phoning toll-free 866-300-1616, 810-639-0523, or cell phone 480-310-7970, or visiting www.moldexpertconsultants.com.

Word Branch Publishing Releases E.E. William’s Edge-Of-Your-Seat Crime Drama, Tears in the Rain

“The blood on the floor is mine. The bullets in my head belong to someone else.”

Marble, NC, September 26, 2014 -- These first lines of Tears in the Rain start readers on a fast-paced pursuit through the sweltering streets of Miami, Florida and the introduction to Noah Greene, a flawed hero who struggles with his own personal demons. The first book in the Noah Greene Mystery series establishes Greene as a slightly emotionally damaged, would-be detective who stumbles into both peril and intrigue. Ultimately Greene’s strong moral compass, that often puts other’s well being before his own, leads him to a tangled mystery that is both shocking and compelling. With unyielding tenacity, his investigative talents surprise even him as he uncovers the truth about Miami’s dirty little secrets.

Tears_in_the_Rain_-_E_E__Williams.jpg
After leaving his quiet middle class life, as well as his wife and son, the former insurance salesman, Noah Greene, finds himself in steamy Miami. Near broke and living in a rented office/bicycle shop, Greene fancies himself a hardboiled detective in the tradition of Sam Spade and Philip Marlowe. His dream seems out of reach until, like a scene from a Bogey movie, a mysterious woman seeks him out to locate her missing brother. But as Noah begins to dig into the brother’s past, he finds himself in immersed in a political scandal and real estate scam that shakes Miami to its core and puts Noah, and anyone he comes in contact with, in grave danger.

William’s skill as a writer is evident in the pace and escalation of the story, and he draws on his past as a journalist to produce a snappy and concise narrative that creates a world of urgency and grittiness. Williams combines the smoky mystery of Dashiell Hammett’s characters and the twist and turns of a Gillian Flynn novel with Elmore Leonard’s self-deprecating humor to craft a hard-to-put-down novel.

The second book in the series, Tears of God, is also available through Word Branch Publishing’s online book shop, Amazon, Barnes & Noble and book shops everywhere. Find out more at http://www.wordbranch.com/e-e-williams.html

Mold Expert Offers Ozone Gas Decontamination of Ohio Homes & Buildings To Kill Germs & Mold

Certified Environmental Hygienist Phillip Fry recommends that Ohio houses and commercial buildings be germ and mold decontaminated at least annually with high output ozone gas.

EnviroFry_0.jpg
Montrose, MI, September 25, 2014 -- To kill disease-causing bacteria, viruses, and toxic mold growth that frequently infest over half of the homes and workplaces in Ohio, Certified Environmental Hygienist Phillip Fry recommends that buildings in the Buckeye State be treated at least annually with eight hours of high output ozone gas throughout the building, including inside heating/cooling air ducts, attic, basement, and crawl space.

High output ozone gas is an effective antimicrobial oxidizer that can be safely applied as a disinfectant, sanitizer, and decontaminating agent in both residences and commercial buildings, according to Mr. Fry, who is also a Professional Industrial Hygienist, co-manager of EnviroFry, and webmaster since 1999 of the mold information website www.moldinspector.com, plus www.ohiomoldinspection.com.

Mold Expert Explains How Extreme Weather Increases Dangerous Toxic Mold in Buildings Worldwide

Certified Environmental Hygienist Phillip Fry links extreme weather to extreme mold growth inside weather-impacted homes, commercial buildings, and public buildings.

EnviroFry_0.jpg
Montrose, MI, September 25, 2014 -- “Ever-worsening extreme weather worldwide is significantly increasing the number of homes, commercial buildings, and public buildings that are infested with dangerous toxic mold growth,” warns Phillip Fry, mold expert, Certified Environmental Hygienist, and webmaster since 1999 of the mold information website www.moldinspector.com.

“Whether it is the devastating typhoon Yolanda in 2013 that killed over 6,000 Filipinos, or the widespread flooding in the United Kingdom and the U.S.A in 2013 and 2014, or the deadly floods in India and Pakistan in September of 2014, weather is becoming far more extreme and destructive over the past few years,” adds Mr. Fry, who is also a Professional Industrial Hygienist, Certified Mold Inspector, and Certified Mould Remediator.

What is often overlooked as an unexpected consequence of extreme weather is the resulting extreme toxic mold growth in homes and buildings that are damaged by extreme weather. Extreme weather causes mold growth in several big ways:

1. Extreme rainfall and overflowing rivers cause flooding into buildings through crawl spaces, basements, flooded building levels, and leaks and defects in roofs and siding.

2. Building flooding soaks the insides of floors and walls, and thus causes massive and hidden mold growth in such areas. Visit www.floodmold.com and www.moldinspector.com.

3. Continued droughts in Arizona, California, Nevada, south-central Washington State, and other dry areas in Mexico and Central and South America, facilitate the widespread spread of airborne mould spores of the deadly mould disease Valley fever, also called coccidioidomycosis, which is an infection caused by the fungus Coccidioides.

4. Record heat waves in Australia, China, western USA, and in many other areas across the globe, whether from global warming or natural peaks and valleys in weather temperatures cause people to increase their use of air conditioning.

Whether a window air conditioner or a central air conditioning system, air conditioners are mold factories because of the combination of a wet environment and a continual input of airborne mold spores and mold food in the form of organic dust. Visit www.airconditionermold.com to learn more.

5. Extreme cold weather, such as experienced in Canada, USA, Europe, and North Africa, during the 2013-2014 winter season causes extreme mold growth because: (a) frozen water pipes burst causing flooding and toxic mold growth inside ceilings, walls, and floors; and (b) roof ice dams (from the melting and re-freezing of melting snow) back up melting water beneath shingles and into attics to drive mold growth therein.

Property owners and tenants owning or living in houses and buildings that have suffered extreme weather should arrange for a thorough mold inspection and testing of the building, including inside its heating/cooling equipment and ducts, walls, floors, ceilings, attic, basement, and crawl space.

To schedule mold inspection of a residence or commercial building in Arizona, California, or Nevada should contact EnviroFry western sales manager Lee Maglanoc. Email azmoldinspector@yahoo.com or phone 602-757-1918, or visit the websites www.scottsdalemoldinspection.com or www.tucsonmoldinspector.com.

Fry Recommends Portable High Output Ozone Generator for Ebola Building Decontamination in Africa

Certified Environmental Hygienist Phillip Fry advocates the use of the portable, high output EnviroFry ozone generator for Ebola and other infectious disease decontamination for Ebola-impacted buildings and furnishings in Africa, or anywhere else in the world.

_Kills_Ebola_Virus_in_Contaminated_Buildings.jpg
Montrose, MI, September 24, 2014 -- Certified Environmental Hygienist Phillip Fry recommends using the low-cost and portable EnviroFry commercial ozone generator for the Ebola virus decontamination of buildings, furnishings, and personal possessions in both medical treatment facilities and in Ebola patients’ homes.
High output ozone gas is an effective antimicrobial oxidizer that can be safely applied as a disinfectant, sanitizer, and decontaminating agent wherever traditional chemical or thermal sanitation methods are used.

For in depth toxic mould information, visit the websites www.moldinspector.com, www.moldexpertconsultants.com, and www.buildingmoldinspection.com.

Ozone is safety-validated for medical facility environments and workers, provided that are no workers or patients are inside a contained room or building during the actual ozone treatment process, and for one to two hours afterwards. Ozone treatment area containment is best done with clear plastic sheeting, stretched wall to wall, and floor to ceiling.

Ozone is non-corrosive to facility surfaces, and leaves no residue (treated surfaces never need a final fresh water rinse).

Because high output ozone gas neutralizes bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites, ozone is highly effective in the fumigation of homes and buildings, the treatment of indoor air in operating rooms, hospital patient rooms, and nursing homes, and in the disinfection of large scale air conditioning systems in hospitals.

Ozone gas decontamination of Ebola-impacted buildings and furnishings is highly affordable because a high-quality ozone generators costs only US$1,000 and the generators do not use any chemicals.
Instead of using expensive chemicals, the generators convert ordinary air into germ-killing ozone gas by temporarily adding one oxygen molecule. The primary operating cost is the very small amount electricity to run the 27 pound generator, whether from an electric utility or an electrical generator. The unit can be ordered to run on either 110 volt (USA/Canada) or 220 volts (most of the world).

The EnviroFry decontamination ozone generators can be sent via insured, low-cost postal mail delivery to Liberia or anywhere else in West Africa, the African continent, or world-wide, or via any other delivery method. For example, the U.S. postal cost to ship the ozone generator from the States to Liberia is only U.S. $180.00.

Mold Expert Phillip Fry Offers Practical Advice To Employee Sick from Mold at Work

Certified Environmental Hygienist Phillip Fry recommends six action steps for an employee sick at work from exposure to elevated levels of workplace toxic mold.

EnviroFry_0.jpg
Montrose, MI, September 21, 2014 -- “I have been working in a mold infested office for nearly two years now. My Immediate supervisor and manager have both been trying to get help for nearly two years but upper management has denied us help. I work for a multibillion dollar corporation with terminals and offices all over the US and Canada,” emailed a workplace mold victim to mold expert Phillip Fry on Sept. 21, 2014.

“We have been told by inspectors that our office is completely saturated with black mold and should be replaced but we are still working in it. I have been sick for the last 2 years with numerous illnesses and have had to use vacation time or go with no pay. Do I have a justified case of gross negligence against my employer? I am tired of being sick and feeling horrible all of the time,” continued the employee’s email.

Certified Environmental Hygienist Phillip Fry’s emailed reply contained the following practical advice to the workplace-sick employee:

1. Your first step is to document with mold testing that your office is infested with elevated levels of toxic mold growth. You and your associates should use your own personal money hire a Certified Environmental Hygienist, Professional Industrial Hygienist, or Certified Industrial Hygienist to do a thorough mold inspection and testing of your office workplace.

2. If the hygienist’s report documents that you are working in an elevated level of dangerous, toxic mold species (in comparison to the hygienist’s outdoor mold control test), mail the report via certified US mail to the president or chief executive officer of your company, your local building inspector, your local health department, your state’s occupational safety and health agency, and to your local newspaper, radio, and TV stations. You will get quick and meaningful results from after you have notified all of these contacts.

3. Please note that it is a violation of both federal and most states’ laws for an employer to fire or otherwise punish an employee who is a “whistle blower” about an environmental or safety danger at work. Fired or disciplined “whistle blowers” can collect large legal damages by suing an irresponsible employer that takes such illegal retaliation.

4. To learn about your legal rights as a workplace mold victim, consult with a local attorney who specializes in mold litigation. Type the name of each nearby major city plus “mold attorney” into the search window of a major search engine to locate mould lawyers in your area.

5. You can also learn all about prosecuting and defending mold legal claims by reading Phillip Fry’s 400 page ebook Mold Legal Guide, available for email attachment delivery from www.moldmart.net.

6. Learn all about the top 100 mold-related illnesses on the home page of www.moldinspector.com and from reading Mr. Fry’s ebook Mold Health Guide.

Environmental Hygienist Fry Recommends Mold Inspection & Removal for Arizona Flooded Homes and Vehicles

Certified Environmental Hygienist Phillip Fry warns that the Sept. 8, 2014, Arizona flood victims should expect, and inspect for, toxic mold growth problems in their homes and vehicles.

EnviroFry_1.jpg
Montrose, MI, September 20, 2014 -- “The heavy rainfall and resulting flooding in many Arizona areas on Sept. 8, 2014, can result in health-endangering toxic mold growth, whether visible or hidden inside walls, floors, heating/cooling equipment and ducts, and vehicles,” warns Phillip Fry, Certified Environmental Hygienist, Professional Industrial Hygienist, and webmaster of the mold information websites www.moldinspector.com and www.floodmold.com.

If the recent Arizona flooding or rainfall from a leaking roof or surface water runoff has entered into the insides of walls and floors, it is very likely that there is hidden toxic mold growth in such areas. Opening up flooded floors and walls, or inspection inside them with a fiber optics video camera, is necessary to find and get rid of mold growth damage.

Homeowners and other property owners of flood-impacted buildings should follow the ten steps for safe and effective mold removal posted at www.moldinspector.com/mold_removal.htm.

To save flooded and water-damaged cars, Fry recommends the Detox My Car™ proprietary protocol, equipment, and enzymes to return a vehicle’s interior condition to a totally healthy and fresh environment by killing toxic mold spores and growth, bacteria, and offensive odors with the combination of these four proven environmental detoxification protocol procedures done at a Detox My Car™ vendor location or at the customer’s own home or workplace:

1. HEPA vacuum the vehicle's entire interior roof, floor, dashboard, and seats.
2. Inject 30 or more minutes of high output ozone gas from the EnviroFry™ ozone generator to kill toxic mold spores, mold colony growth, bacteria, and all odors.
3. Scrub the entire vehicle interior with the powerful EnviroFry™ foamed natural enzyme mix that neutralizes unhealthy mold spores, mold colony growth, bacteria, and offensive odors.
4. Fog the vehicle interior with a second and different EnviroFry™ airborne - disbursed natural enzyme mix that reinforces the neutralization of mold spores, mold colony growth, bacteria, and unpleasant odors.

For more information on car detoxification, visit www.detoxmycar.com. To schedule mold inspection and testing for a home, commercial building, or vehicle anywhere in Arizona, phone EnviroFry’s Arizona manager Lee Maglanoc, Certified Environmental Hygienist, 602-757-1918, or email azmoldinspector@yahoo.com or visit www.arizonamoldinspection.net or www.tucsonmoldinspector.com.

FAAIF Announces Introduction to Sukuk Two-Day Workshop at Sofitel Hotel in New York City October 11-12, 2014

FAAIF brings sukuk (Islamic Bond) training to the United States.

New York, September 19, 2014 -- Camille Paldi, CEO of FAAIF, is excited to bring training in the sukuk structure to an American audience. Paldi says the time is now for the USA to enter the sukuk market as the UK has just issued a 200 million pound sukuk, bringing in funds for the UK government and businesses. Paldi emphasizes that the USA may get left behind if it does not enter the sukuk market and the global billion dollar Islamic finance and banking industry. In 2012 and 2013, the world saw $190 Billion in sukuk issuances. Why should the USA miss out on this global financing phenomenon?

FAAIF.jpg
The US has seen two major sukuk issuances including the East Cameron Gas Sukuk, which was the first ever musharakah sukuk in America backed by oil and gas assets maturing in 2006 and the General Electric Sukuk, which is an ijarah sukuk backed by aircraft leases due for maturity in November, 2014. Although the Cameron Gas Sukuk experienced some technical difficulties, the General Electric Sukuk is performing well and there is a large potential for sukuk in the United States as a capital raising instrument for American firms and government. In fact, both the state of New York and the state of Illinois have initiated state bills in their legislatures enabling sukuk transactions.

Paldi is excited to bring high profile trainers to New York including Brian Kettell, the mostly widely published author on Islamic Banking and Finance in the world and Zubair Mughal, the CEO of the prestigious Al Huda Center of Islamic Banking and Economics. This is a must attend event for anyone interested in tapping into the global Islamic Banking and Finance forum. Paldi looks forward to bringing innovate training events on similar topics to US audiences all over the nation in the near future. Registration can be conducted through the Event Website at http://faaif-flyer.web-durham.co.uk. Inquiries can be directed to camille@faaif.com.

GREEN CREATIVE releases new Generation 4 A19 LED with industry leading efficacy

GREEN CREATIVE, the commercial grade LED lighting manufacturer proudly announces the launch of its new LED A19 9W lamp.

South San Francisco, CA, September 19, 2014 -- GREEN CREATIVE, the commercial grade LED lighting manufacturer proudly announces the launch of its new LED A19 9W lamp.
Part of GREEN CREATIVE’s new TITANIUM LED SERIES 4.0, the A19 9W is one of five GREEN CREATIVE lamps selected by the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) for its prestigious 2014 Progress Report, which showcases unique and innovative products significant to the lighting industry.

GREEN_CREATIVE_A19_9W.jpg
This 60W replacement meets the new ENERGY STAR® V1.1 requirements for standard A-lamps with an omnidirectional 300° beam angle and evenly distributed light intensity. Featuring a traditional A19 form factor, this dimmable lamp offers uniform light distribution while emitting 65% more lumens than what is required by ENERGY STAR in the 135° to 180° degree zone.
Under the previous ENERGY STAR requirements, A-lamps which were not fully omnidirectional could still receive ENERGY STAR certification but were certified as non-standard A-lamps. Starting September 30th, the stricter V1.1 will no longer recognize non-standard A19s. After this date, any lamps qualified under the former standard will lose ENERGY STAR certification.

Operating at 89 LPW in a Warm White CCT, the A19 9W’s efficacy is more than 10% higher than the Tier 1 LED A19 60W replacement industry average. This industry leading efficiency also exceeds ENERGY STAR requirements by upwards of 60%. The natural A-lamp design makes this lamp a perfect retrofit choice for both incandescent and CFL lighting applications such as lamps with shades, down lighting and uplighting.

The new A19 9W turns on instantly, is fully dimmable, lasts 25,000 hours and is available in 2400K, 2700K, 3000K and 4000K CCT. ENERGY STAR certification is expected by the end of September.
Detailed information and data sheet about this new product available here: http://www.gc-lighting.com/wp-content/uploads/GREEN-CREATIVE-9A19G4DIM-A19-9W.pdf.

Word Branch Publishing Re-releases Terrie McClay’s Acclaimed Breakout Novel: 4-Ever-in-My Heart

4-Ever-in-My Heart is an enchanting blend of action, drama and the Lakota culture and as a bonus, readers can download free Native flute music by acclaimed musician, Randy McGinnis.

Marble, NC, September 18, 2014 -- Word Branch Publishing’s owner, Catherine Rayburn-Trobaugh says, “We are excited to get the opportunity to work with Terrie and to publish 4-Ever-in-My Heart. And we are also excited to be able to offer readers a free download of traditional Native flute music to listen to while reading.” The MP3 download of Native American Music Award winner, Randy McGinnis’, Dance of the Spirits is available for a limited time with the purchase of either the electronic or paper editions of the book.

4-Ever-in-My_Heart_-Terrie_McClay.jpg
Drawing on her extensive knowledge of Lakota culture and the complex relationship with other Americans, McClay weaves a story of intense love, deep-seated hatred, long-standing prejudice and ethereal spirituality. Since 1995, her interest has been focused on the traditions and history of the Lakota, and she has made numerous trips out West and to Canada to do extensive research for her books. 4-Ever-in-My Heart was inspired by many of her own person experiences, working with horses as an equine midwife, volunteering with the BFC (Buffalo Field Campaign) and her spiritual Native American studies.

The novel centers around a somewhat reclusive rancher, Lorena Brinton, who, above all, loves horses. She has committed her days to breeding and raising them, but her life is about to become very complicated when she inherits her grandpa’s horse ranch in Montana. While exploring an old trunk in the attic, Lorena learns about her true heritage and is captivated by an old photograph and journal that she discovers. She begins dreaming of a young warrior and is both fascinated and frightened when her dreams take an unusual turn, and she starts to see a mysterious young brave sitting on the back of a black and white paint horse.

Things get even more complicated when her dreams literally come true in the form of Sky Hunter, a handsome and troubled Lakota man with whom she has had a mysterious connection even before they actually meet. Sky, who is depressed, unemployed, drinks too much and is haunted by his own demons, has been having his own dreams and visions, and his heart leads him on a course that will change his and Lorena’s lives forever.

Terrie McClay’s 4-Ever-in-My Heart is available at http://www.wordbranch.com/4-ever-in-my-heart.html as well as Amazon, Barne & Noble and bookstores everywhere.

Iam Group Japan Hosts Tour For Hong Kong Residents To Travel To Yokohama

Iam Group Japan has taken up a new initiative as they have invited the residents of Hong Kong to take a detour of the Yokohama city. There is a lot of similarities and even differences between the Chinese and Japanese culture and this tour shall shed light on the same.

IAM_Group_Ltd_Japan.jpg
Tokyo, September 14, 2014 -- Iam Group Japan has been working hard for the sake of coming up with new tours and itineraries. Of late, their new initiative is to help residents of Hong Kong take a tour of Yokohama city and explore the beauty of the place.

It is worth adding that there are too many cultural similarities between China and Japan and it is only through travelling that one can bridge the gap that often exists between two nations. The relations between two countries haven’t been spectacularly good and it is these initiatives which can truly make a difference and help people have a good time.

Iam Group Japan has come up with this noble idea that will not only help travellers get a taste of what they are looking for, but at the same time, it can also come in handy in knowing more about the culture as well. The Japanese culture of attending the guests with respect is same as the Chinese as both nations make it a point to pay reverence to people who come to their nation.

Iam Group Japan is known for hosting some of the best travel and tours as they make it point to be mindful of all the details. They do not leave any stone unturned for the sake of ensuring that travellers can cherish the time to the fullest.

Those who have always loved to explore the beauty of this Japanese city should make it a point to check out the details of this trip. Yokohama is one such city which Hong Kong residents are sure to love because it has a similar feel to their place and yet is distinct in a lot of respects.

To know more about the same, one can visit http://iamgroupltdjapan.com

Environmental Hygienist Fry Recommends Mold Inspection for Michigan Flooded Homes and Vehicles

Certified Environmental Hygienist Phillip Fry suggests that home owners, commercial property owners, and vehicle owners in Michigan areas flooded by summer storms do mold inspection, testing, and removal of flood-damaged buildings and vehicles.

EnviroFry_1.jpg
Montrose, MI, September 12, 2014 -- “The heavy rainfall and resulting flooding in many Detroit area and other Michigan communities in the summer of 2014 can result in health-endangering toxic mold growth, whether visible or hidden inside walls, floors, heating/cooling equipment and ducts, and vehicles,” warns Phillip Fry, Certified Environmental Hygienist, Professional Industrial Hygienist, and webmaster of the mold information websites www.moldinspector.com and www.floodmold.com.

If flooding or rainfall from a leaking roof or surface water runoff has entered into the insides of walls and floors, it is very likely that there is hidden toxic mold growth in such areas.

To save flooded cars, Fry recommends the Detox My Car™ proprietary protocol, equipment, and enzymes to return a vehicle’s interior condition to a totally healthy and fresh environment by killing toxic mold spores and growth, bacteria, and offensive odors with the combination of these four proven environmental detoxification protocol procedures done at a Detox My Car™ vendor location or at the customer’s own home or workplace:

4. Fog the vehicle interior with a second and different EnviroFry™ airborne- disbursed natural enzyme mix that reinforces the neutralization of mold spores, mold colony growth, bacteria, and unpleasant odors.

For more information on car detoxification, visit www.detoxmycar.com. To schedule mold inspection and testing for a home or commercial building anywhere in Michigan, phone mold expert Phillip Fry toll-free 1-866-300-1616 or cell phone 1-480-310-7970, or email phil@moldinspector.com or visit www.michiganmoldinspection.com.
