Hygienist Fry Offers New Book on How to Determine Age and Predominate Cause of Mold Growth

Certified Environmental Hygienist Phillip Fry announces that determining how old is mold in homes and commercial buildings is an important issue in mold insurance and legal claims, and that it is a key chapter in new 2016 book How To Win an Insurance Claim for Water and Mold Damage.

Montrose, MI, July 11, 2016 -- "How old is mold growth and what is the effective, predominate cause of mold growth in homes and commercial buildings are key problems in making and defending water damage insurance and legal claims," advises Phillip Fry, Certified Environmental Hygienist and author of the new 2016 book How To Win an Insurance Claim for Water and Mold Damage, which will be published on Oct. 1, 2016.

When mold began to grow is a key evidentiary fact in disputes between real estate sellers and buyers, landlords and tenants, and employers and employees. Fry has developed two effective strategies to determine whether mold growth in a particular building location is new or long-standing.
Another key evidentiary fact is to determine the effective, predominate cause (such as recent water damage) of mold growth, according to Fry, who is also a Professional Industrial Hygienist and webmaster since 1999 of the mold authority website www.moldinspector.com.

When the insured can identify an insured peril such as water damage as the efficient or predominant cause of resulting mold growth damage, there is often insurance coverage even if subsequent events in the causal chain such as ensuing mold growth are specifically excluded from coverage.

How old is the mold and what caused it to grow are issues that enable insurance companies to delay or deny mold insurance claims by insured property owners, with resulting "bad faith" liability by insurance companies who deny or delay unjustifiably payment for mold damage that been caused by water damage.

Insured homeowners argue bad faith because mold tends to develop and spread quickly, and it produces airborne toxic mold spores and mycotoxins (poisonous gases) that can seriously, and sometimes permanently, harm the health of some or all residents.

Insureds complain correctly that the mold would not have grown at all had the insurer quickly remediated the insured water damage, or that the mold growth became worse because of an insurer's inaction or slow action. Prompt and efficient processing and payment of water damage claims should be the highest priority of insurance company adjusters. Failure to do so can lead to potential bad faith legal exposure and large payouts to insureds whose homes and personal health suffer from insurance company bad faith.

Concept Mining Announces New Information on Zorras Prospection and Exploitation Site

Situated in the heart of the Atacama Desert, the famous Lithium Triangle holds 85% of the world’s lithium reserves.

Chengdu, July 07, 2016 -- Concept Mining, a lithium exploration and development company with a focus on becoming a low-cost supplier for the lithium battery industry, announces today new information on Zorras Prospection and Exploitation Site.

“Our company has recently leased for 49 years a prospect site covering 10,532 hectares, situated 20 kilometers away from Zorras and 18 kilometers away from Mina Escondida of BHP Billiton. Preliminary data have revealed high concentration brine which gives high commercial feasibility to our future mining operations; our company is looking to bringing new economic perspectives on the region by expanding the local infrastructure: this will connect Zorras to the B-55 highway which will be a historical milestone for this area.” said Cao Dekang, Chief Investment Officer.

The results of the exploration program on Zorras Prospection and Exploitation Site will create significant shareholder value.

Geologic research of the area has indicated that proximal rhyolitic flows and tuffs surrounding the basin could be a potential source for the possibility of saturated lithium brine. Basin source rocks include rhyolite tuff, flows and volcanic sediments.

It's valued highly prospective that Zorras Prospection and Exploitation Site is located within a geothermal cluster, at a basin low setting.

A gravity low shows a deep basin, whereas regional geophysical signatures in the area reflect similar anomalies comparative to that of the ones that has successfully defined one of the largest lithium resources next to North America's only producing lithium mine.

Concept Mining Releases New Research Paper: Lithium is the New Gasoline

In 2014 alone, more than 70 million cars were sold globally, providing an enormous available market for lithium-based batteries.

Chengdu, July 05, 2016 -- Concept Mining, a lithium exploration and development company with a focus on becoming a low-cost supplier for the lithium battery industry, releases a new study emphasizing the new trend in lithium usage.

In the study it is shown that lithium is the lightest solid element on earth with double the energy density of the next closest alternative; it is also one of the most abundant elements on earth. These unique properties ideally position it for portable energy storage applications that will be a key enabler of the electric car revolution and replace gasoline as the primary source of transportation fuel.

Oil derivatives have been the primary source of transportation energy since the commercialization of the internal combustion engine. However, thanks to technology breakthroughs, favorable policy and supportive public opinion, electric vehicles (EVs) appear poised for a sustained period of superior growth with our autos team estimating 22% EV penetration (BEV, PHEV, and HEV combined) in 2025 from under 3% today.

Despite its almost universal acceptance in portable electronic devices today, we believe that the greatest opportunity for lithium-ion batteries lies ahead in the form of transportation applications. The core material that enables lithium-ion batteries to function is lithium.

Fu Zhaobai, VP of Project Development, said: “We estimate that a 1% increase in battery electric vehicle (BEV) penetration would increase lithium demand by 70,000mt of LCE/year (or roughly half of current global demand for lithium). In order for electric vehicle penetration rates to hit industry forecasts, significant capital investments to expand commercial lithium capacity will be needed, particularly from producers and/or EV OEMs.”

Concept Mining Receives Temporary Permit for Drill Program at a New Mining Site

The work forms part of the Phase 1 exploration program and results, if positive, will be incorporated into a resource estimate.

Chengdu, July 03, 2016 -- Concept Mining, a lithium exploration and development company with a focus on becoming a low-cost supplier for the lithium battery industry, announced today the possibility of adding the third mining project to its portfolio.

The Company has received the necessary work permits from to complete five drill holes at its New Lithium Project (the “Project”) in China. The name of the mining site will be announced at a later date upon the interpretations of the first findings.

The Company is permitted to drill five exploration holes on two drill sites that will target potential lithium-brine-bearing formations, including a basal gravel aquifer that lies at the base of the valley. The initial drill program was designed by Roger Guanqiu, Chief Hydrogeologist for Concept Mining, with assistance from Fu Zhaobai, the Company’s VP of Project Development. A third site, consisting of two drill holes, shall be determined based on the results of these first two drill sites.

“We are pleased to have permits in hand for the first phase of drilling and are now in the process of securing equipment and drill crews,” said Concept Mining CEO, Gong R. Ningning. “We are progressing well and anticipate collaring our first exploration core hole in the third quarter.”

The Company expects to drill these holes to a depth that will intersect the gravel aquifer in the lower part of the basin, which is expected to be approximately 450 meters. Each drill site is expected to consist of two closely spaced holes (one diamond core hole and another rotary) to maximize data collection for the initial resource.

CEO Gong R. Ningning Updates Shareholders on Company Activities

The company’s intent is to have an independent review of the process and other pertinent variables that it can be shared with potential future customers.

Chengdu, July 01, 2016 -- Concept Mining, a lithium exploration and development company with a focus on becoming a low-cost supplier for the lithium battery industry, announced that CEO Gong R. Ningning updates shareholders on company activities.

Dear Shareholders,

We had identified an opportunity to invest in two mining sites. I have spent the better part of last month working on ways to finance the package, and I am happy to announce that we have agreed in principal on the terms of the agreement with the various parties involved. We are finalizing the due diligence on the property and we will be filing all of the final documents in the coming weeks.
This is an exciting opportunity for the company and our shareholders because we will be investing in an asset that will generate cash flow to the company to sustain our day-to-day operations while we continue to work on commercializing the technology units with our partners. There is a natural benefit to buying into mining asset at today's depressed prices and participating in the long-term appreciation of the asset.

The process has begun and we expect to be able to initiate testing on the unit till the end of the year. Initial testing will be done on the site where it is being assembled. They have all of the necessary equipment and power needed, and we will be using various technologies from the surrounding area.
We will also obviously be sharing data with the public to show what we are doing and point to addressable markets and business strategies moving forward.
